RRIDE AT FIRST SIGHT

Privacy & analytics

This page explains, in plain language, what is saved in your browser and how optional analytics works. Last updated: 5 September 2026.

You choose whether to use analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only if you choose “Allow analytics”. If you choose “Not now”, every feature—including the finder, filters, comparisons and sharing—continues to work.

1. What is saved in this browser

Your selected preferences and information from a shared link may be handled temporarily in this browser so your result remains available as you move through the site.

If you use “Save for comparison”, up to three motorcycle choices are saved in this browser. Select “Clear all”, or delete this site's browser data, to remove them.

The site has no feature for entering or storing your name, email address, phone number or postal address. Saved comparison choices are not sent to an external service.

2. Analytics when you allow it

To improve the experience, we use Google Analytics 4 only after you give consent. Before consent, or after choosing “Not now”, Google's analytics tag is not loaded.

We do not use this data for advertising identifiers or personalisation. Event-data retention is set to 14 months, and data is not kept when it is no longer needed for service improvement.

3. Data sent to Google and external websites

If you allow analytics, the usage information above is sent to Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Manufacturer websites and other external destinations apply their own privacy policies after you leave Ride at First Sight. We do not control cookies or data processing on those websites.

4. Change your choice later

You can reopen “Privacy settings” in the site footer at any time. Saved motorcycles can be removed with “Clear all” in the comparison area.
